Duties “But not limited to”:
Supervising and Technical inspecting all the site activities of the works (construction, finishing for all valve chamber, inspecting for all mechanical works and pipe fittings, etc.)implemented by contractors/subcontractors and make sure to match the Technical drawing of work, and control the quality of the work carried out, and Make necessary tests to check the quality of raw materials used in all activities (backfilling, insulation materials and pipe, etc.) and make sure to match that to the technical specifications before using them on site, to take appropriate action in the event of any deviation from the specifications and take of any both terms of the acceptance / repair / re- implementation of this item.
Reviewing all Drawings and technical specifications for all project parts.
Follow up the contractor implementation works then preparing technical report monthly to the Resident engineers of quality control, executed works, safety plans and storage areas for appropriate action to the level of their performance.
Reviewing all lab-field and results reports for all performed tests (compaction test for soil, cube and slump tests for concrete and hydrostatic pressure for pipe).
Periodic photography to the work completed in the site.
