• Meet and liaise with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements
• Work with agency colleagues to devise an advertising campaign that meets the client's brief and budget
• End To End project management
• Negotiate with clients about the details of campaigns including budgeting/Proposals
• Handle budgets, manage campaign costs and invoice clients/Follow-up on payments
• Project Reports/Monitor the effectiveness of projects
• Arrange and attend meetings
• Make pitches, along with other agency staff, with the aim of securing new business for the agency.
• Works on getting new accounts.
• Handling Multi Industries Accounts for several clients across UAE “Telecommunication, FMCG, and Pharmaceutical.)
• Meet and liaise with clients & debrief Account Director/Creative Team & Internal Stakeholders
• Working alongside with the Creative team to make sure the proposal meets the client brief and timeline.
• Ensure in partnership with different internal teams, the projects implementations (Installations, permissions & shipping to GCC countries)
• Site visits to check on projects implementations and gather direct feedback form clients
• Managing and leading on different international brands campaigns
• Building strong relations with clients through daily business interaction creating a big cycle of connections with different kinds of knowledge and resources.
• Strategic planning for relative brands and launching for their newest items. /Handling campaigns budgets
• Daily coordination with creative department/ Products launching events planning and Implementation
• Team leading and coordinating between different staff members and departments to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
• Setting and Promoting marketing campaign for the organization.
• Working on organization long term strategic management.
• Creating BTL advertisements.
• Handling communication and External Relations for L.A.Y organization.
• Handling social media, press, key messages and Beneficiary communication.
