• To plan, develop and carry HSE training courses, in accordance with agreed business development plans..
• Provide HSE leadership and guidance to Management and field operations
• Develop a safety culture, promoting a safe and excellent working nvironment that is comparable to other international oil and gas companies.
• Promoting a sustainable development in existing field operations and future ventures in line with international standards and regulations.
• Planning and scheduling of delivery of HSE courses.
• Plan & implement effective use of resources for the HSE Training Program.
• Liaise with other on-job training staff to ensure full compatibility of job training, meet with them regularly, & visit locations where trainees are receiving on-job training.
• Ensure consistency of training activities & documentation across all company disciplines.
• Monitor trainee progress & implement corrective action as necessary.
• Develop ideas and create HSE courses.
