Builds user interface applications and back-end databases using various programming and scripting languages (XML, HTML, ASP, Java, & Flash).
Provide support for QF portal (SharePoint).
Provide support for QF websites (CMS).
Provides support to information systems implementation projects; by setting up development and testing environments independently or with third parties; by acquiring technical knowledge and expertise during training or through hand-on work experience.
Executes testing scenarios on implemented BSS systems.
Analyzes software application requirements & information to determine and recommend modifications to existing systems to provide enhanced capabilities for business units.
Identifies problems and suggest solutions and escalating to vendors.
Creates prototype systems and other technical artifacts.
