Supporting the organization in building HR - OD (Strategic Function) to manage and plan the company growth in line with KSA Vision 2030.
OD, Reward Management, Job Evaluation & Succession Planning, Workforce Planning.
Responsible for many HR functions with focus on following strategic areas; Change Management, Alignment of Organizational Structure with Business Strategy, Alignment of Functional Objectives with Organizational Goals, Training and Development, Performance Management Development of Policies and Procedures for sustainable growth and operational excellence Employee Engagement and Diversity and Saudization Plans.
• Create SISCO grading system based on HAY GROUP & Mosely methods and apply remuneration & salary structure systems
• Contribute in developing reward strategy and frameworks like grading structure, pay scales or HR’s implementation which are market competitive and engaging to employees.
• Assist employees in performance management, setting SMART objectives and conducting appraisals.
• Review, improve and create the design and development of HR policies and procedures within SISCO.
• Build SISCO Mentorship program for Saudi entry level employees to retain them within SISCO.
• Develop SISCO’s Job description database in order to conduct an accurate and efficient evaluation of jobs when necessary.
• Evaluate the different SISCO position/jobs to establish a hierarchical map of employees and create potential career moves accordingly.
• Ensure the business processes and work activities, relevant to position, are executed in compliance with SISCO policy, procedures and best practice to achieve the business objectives in a safe, efficient and cost effective manner.
• Design SISCO Internship program for Interns to identify and evaluate potential full-time professional hires for SISCO.
• Maintain accurate SISCO organizational charts for all departments.
• Support efficiency and change projects in HR like process and systems improvements and act as a best practice multiplier to raise employee satisfaction.
• Participate in developing and validating training plans and programs, and ensuring that training courses’ contents and topics are properly aligned with these plans.
• Communicate and recommend changes and modifications on the annual training plan in response to urgent operational requirements and priorities.
• Manage the industrial training for multiple crafts like scaffolder, crane operators, heavy drivers and others to facilitate the technical and academic training activities for different business lines across the company.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with internal and external trainers in various areas, including leadership, management, industrial and technical skills.
Develop and manage framework for annual manpower planning and succession planning.
• Manage the Saudization level within SISCO by preparing the plans based on the company budget
• Create the Workforce & Training plans based on the projects needs & requirements to meet the client's requirements.
Responsible for Organizational Development, Performance Management, and Professional Training & Development within Sendan Compny.
• Build the salary structure for all departments in order to attract and retain talents & maintain Sendan’s reputation.
• Plan, organize, facilitate and manage all the learning and development and performance appraisal activities.
• Contribute in achieving Sendan’s vision by recommending optimal solutions in order to save time or money or increase safety, quality, efficiency, or output.
Develop TNA and technical and behavioral competency frameworks across Sendan to ensure required capability and competencies for the organization are adequately developed and strengthened.
• Develop job descriptions for all departments to ensure that jobs are clearly and accurately defined.
• Control the documents and the database and keep them updated in ERP system.
• Interview current employees in order to understand their work difficulties and development areas to meet their personal goals as long as the company vision.
• Maintain healthy organization charts for all departments within Sendan.
