My responsibilities as Team leader are the following:
• Key Contact with the sales team in all required
logistics
• Distribute the work inside the design department and track deadlines.
•Prepare 2D and 3D drawings that meets client
expectations and requirments.
• Review requirements and BOQs before submittals.
• Review shop drawings before Submittals.
• Solve team problems Complexity and handle bending issues.
• Sets objectives and Priorities in Coordination with Direct Manager to achieve company goals.
• Assures integrity of corporate data, security
information and management access.
- Develop solutions to technical and design problems.
- Integrate Sustainable Design solutions into projects.
- Prepare 2D and 3D design materials for client/project team review.
- Perform product research; assist project designers and project architects with material selection and system research.
