Oversee employees, production and machines, to make sure the Plant is running smoothly, quickly, efficiently and safely.
Develop the Plant strategies and future plans.
Develop and implement all the policies and procedures related to the Plant functions.
Maintaining product quality and budgets.
Provide technical support to the production to root solving common production problems.
Reduce production stop times to the minimum
Ensure proper allocation of maintenance resources for better performance of the production and manufacturing process.
Participate in manpower selection, training and testing processes for all new and existing employees when and where needed.

Taking part in wide practices with the World Class Manufacturing Systems
Proper co-ordination with PPC & Marketing for implementation of planning.
Co-ordination with electrical and mechanical maintenance for uninterrupted running of Mill process line.
Production planning as per the requirement of the customer & mill efficiency.
Analysis of Hour efficiency & Machine Efficiency, Keeping an eye on management requirement and available resources.
Production Improvement by doing analyzing the precise data.
To initiate action whenever deviation in quality parameters are reported.
Preparation of reports - Network Outage / Resource Utilization. Process control report.
Installation, Configuration, Testing and Implementation of new designs and maintenance of Infrastructure facilities
Documentation and upkeep of records of internal customer networks, network elements, connectivity details and equipment inventory.
Man management, material management, machinery management.
To closely monitor the standard production and make all necessary arrangements to control non-standard generation.
Responsibilities include monitoring pipe testing such as hydro tester unit and other different tests. Also black pipes final packing and dispatching
Making all possible efforts to achieve production target and reducing down times
