In charge of the non postal product lines contribution as a business unit by increasing the profitability of existing products to developing new products for the company. Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities as well as specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
Building products from existing ideas, and help to develop new ideas based on my industry experience and my contact with customers and prospects. Possessing a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. Spending time in the market to understand their problems, and find innovative solutions for the broader market.
Developing and mounting implementation procedures for the new services, subsequently lead the whole team throughout rational and logical operational plan.
Communicating with all areas of the company. Work with the operation dept. to define product release requirements, and work with marketing communications to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer. Also serve as the internal and external evangelist for the product offering, occasionally working with the sales channel and key customers.

Creating the right tools of services support using predictable contingency tactics
Enhance the sales for the non- postal services including developing a strategy for each.
Responsible for increasing the non postal services revenue in the course of coordinating with the company’s current strategic partners to develop the existing services and creates the need for additional services. Furthermore increase the necessity for potential products to service our customer with full solutions.

Build up and Develop Marketing and Advertising plans that conform to the organizational strategy, within agreed budgets
Inventing and proposing possible opportunities for new services to be added to the company’s bouquet of services
Develop and Implement all the promotion campaigns for Emirates Post, starting with briefing the advertising agencies, deciding on and buying the media and creative designs, choosing the right type of BTL and ATL to ensure budget adherence and most effective manner of delivering the message to the targeted segments.
Responsible for the entire printing process (and proper warehousing if required) of all corporate materials (in-house or external)
Provide decisions on the Corporate marketing prospective to increase customer awareness to improve client sales.
Responsible for evaluation of all the sponsorship opportunities as well as coordination for their implementation and follow up
Organize seminars, conferences, exhibitions, meetings and new product launches for Emirates Post.
Responsible for the selection, purchase and distribution of all corporate giveaways and VIP gift packages from local, national and international suppliers with excellent communication, negotiation skills.
General administration duties, meeting with parents and visitors to the school. Responding to telephone inquiries. Checking daily mail and courier service in and out, sending information concerning books, syllabuses and examinations to all the schools within the system (18 in all) located in the UAE, UK, USA, Lebanon, Germany, Egypt, Jordan and Pakistan.
Assisting with arranging subscriptions to magazines, preparing and typing school transcripts for students transferring school,
