1revise the budget with cost control
2 review the procurement team comparison between suppliers and final negotiations
3 review submitals and discussions with consultant
4 review the payment terms and check with project cash flow
5 follow up till the materials delivered to the site
as a cost control manager:
Review cost sheets and technical offers for in hand projects
- Making Budget for the projects.
- Check the invoices.
- Making Cash flow and update it
- Making projects situation monthly report
for all mechanical systems (HVAC, Firefighting
