-Monthly Meetings and field visits with partners staff and educators to support the coordination of the project ensuring quality delivery of the activities with a focus on preventing violence against children.
-Ensure all M&E tools are shared with partners and provide the needed induction and support
- Ensure that all data is collected by all partners in a timely manner
-Ensure a high quality of data collection and with clear scoring system and means of verification; including secured documentation and protection considerations.
-Work with the education and Protection team, ensuring safeguarding and child protection principles are mainstreamed and respected throughout the Project
- Support the STL project manager in the logistics related to the implementation of STL activities and events
- Follow up with external consultants and evaluators and Conduct M&E assessments with partners NFE centres (example FGDs with children and caregivers, KIIs with educators, community members and stakeholders …) as well as support in the analysis of the data to inform project implementation
Supporting the STL Project Manager and the DMEL Manager in reporting and data management.
-Accept referrals from other agencies and community partners.
-Consistently update the service mapping on a monthly basis.
-Provide individual case management for children and their families in accordance with all case management steps and related tools and procedures and the National SOP.
-Communicate regularly with supervisor, and CP Expert for updates on achievements and challenges.
-Collaborate closely with the other members of the CM team and the CP team
-Identify gaps and address them to the case management supervisor
- Directly communicate with other caseworkers and service providers as part of conducting individual case management.
-Receive case management reports from the case management team, and report on monthly basis to the case management supervisor.
- Ensure data confidentiality and sharing with relevant Case Management Supervisor
- Design and draft awareness sessions to be conducted in the field, in coordination with the PSS teams, once needed.
-Consistently and proactively monitor/assess the safety and security of field teams; promptly reporting concerns or incidents to case management supervisor.
-Monitor and supervise the process of identification of CP and non-CP cases.
-Support implementation of case management in the intervention location in accordance with all CM steps and related tools and procedures as defined through TDH IT strategy. ensuring that all high-risk cases are addressed immediately by case workers and shared with the direct line manager for possible intervention.
- Ensure equal distribution of tasks within the case worker team.
-Hold regular internal mentoring and coaching sessions based on identified needs and gaps.
- Ensure coordination and synergy with the main service providers in the area of intervention for prompt referral, follow up and information sharing.
-Administering surveys of refugee households situation in the field
Reporting on the findings as part of the Vulnerability Assessment of Syrian Refugees in Lebanon (VASyR) Project.
-Conducting monitoring of partner vendors and of refugee households;
-Organizing and run distributions of food assistance;
-Conducting monitoring of field activities via phone;
-Writing reports of field activities;
-Participating in M&E trainings and meetings
