1. Oversee the delivery of the assigned function within Registry Services:
-Enforce the approved policies & procedures of the department.
-Maintain excellent knowledge of the applicable laws and regulations to ensure compliance with DIFC laws.
2. Delivery of High Quality Services:
-Lead the delivery of Registry services by reviewing and validating processed applications.
-Process high complexity services such as incorporation and or registrations.

-Work with the registrars to develop and finalize a process and procedure.

1. Plan, control, Manage and implement day to day various aspects of Licensing activities that include meeting Shareholders, Owners, Board Members and Managers
2. Explain Registration procedure to issue their license, Renewals, Change Company Structure, Share transfers, attest all related documents, communicate with other Government entities about company activity, company name and shareholders background and overview the practice used by them to ensure quality standard services are provided to end users
3. Conduct Training Sessions for DAFZ Clients in relations to the Licensing Polices & Procedures & all related information concerning the department
4. Form a Team to enhance the procedure & review the existing procedures in the Guidebook that involves licensing process
5. Note down all the new or amendments occurring to the license services and oversea the testing of these requests
6. Discuss & decide on bench-marking areas and Apply new practices for development
7. Oversea the KPI & OPI’s of the section based on the tasks assigned.
1. To Manage and guide team members for smooth functioning of the branch operation and for continuous improving customer satisfaction.
2. Allocate work among team member to ensure a perfect workforce distribution in the showroom.
3. Supervise on merchandisers & sales persons to follow up goods position in terms of display, damage, expiry dates and to track the fast moving products from the none moving ones.

Responsible for an entire 19ft armored ship’s engine compartment which includes taking care of any sort of mechanical failure in the engine room.
