Working as SALES MANAGER
-Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
-Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
-Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.

-Maintains national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
-Maintains national sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
-Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
•Presale support including bidding, technical proposal, price quote, presentations, presale testing.
•Seeking out, identifying, developing and close business opportunities with key enterprise accounts such as government, financial, electrical, education and petrol companies.
•Communicating between Techno-Ware and our enterprise accounts. Identifying key requirements adapting Techno-Ware solution for customer’s situation and promote full range of Techno-Ware solutions.
•Managing internal communication among Marketing, Engineering and other teams to ensure that customer’s requirements are implemented in the products.
•Collecting and analyzing marketing information, make competition, promotion and other marketing strategies and plans.
•Create co-operative business with customers and partners.
•Identifying, quantifying, and recommending action plan to address new business opportunities according to overall strategy.
• Marketing and seals for QPOINT Loyalty Solution, QTEC - Retail Solutions, Retail POS Solutions, INFOTRIX Digital Signage, Electronic Shelf Labeling, Card Personalization and Printing Solutions, E-Tech - DIWAN Archiving Solution, Healthcare Solutions, Banking Solutions.
• Preparing the technical offers for project bidding pertaining to various products in Communication & IT (ICT) domain and Handling the private and the public customer request for offer and suggest the suitable solution for their business environment.
• Follow-up the customers purchasing order starting from the order conformation to payment terms ending with delivery and warranty issues
