QT is a governmental entity responsible to set rules and regulation for tourism industry and promote Qatar as a world hub tourism destination.

Accomplishments
• Create HRD policy, procedures, processes, KPIs, and annual plans.
• Design & create organization structure, department functional statements, positions hierarchy, and operation model.
• Identifying organizational training and development needs through job analysis, appraisal schemes, and regular consultation with business managers.
• Designing and expanding training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual.
• Create, implement, and develop the learning environment suitable to methods used in QT.
• Create, implement, and develop rewards and recognition programs.
• Training & Development budget (Plan, Adjust, Implement, Analyze)
• Evaluate training vendors to cover our training needs.
• Managing the delivery of training and development programs.
• Monitoring and reviewing trainees' progress through questionnaires and discussions with managers.
• Evaluating training and development programs (Pre & Post assessment).
• Using learning techniques and tools to deliver courses like regular classes, e-learning, coaching, shadowing, and others.
• Create an internship program for college students, support and follow up on their progress during the training and raise the final report to the college.
• Coordinate with the Civil Service and Governmental Development Bureau (CGB) about the scholarship programs and the induction program for new graduates from the university.
• Generate Monthly, Quarterly, and yearly reports for HR and Training projects or activities.
• Working as part of a recruitment team, finding talents, interviewing, evaluating, and assessing them.
• Support the HR team in employee promotions.
• Support the HR team in building all HR templates, letters and reports using Microsoft office applications.
• Using the SAP system to manage all activities.
