Also accountable on the Supply Chain improvements at the site, responsible for the development of the Site Operating Strategy and ensuring sufficient organizational capability and driving mastery across the planning organization. As an SIP department, we are accountable for procurement planning and supply, delivering production plans to operation, inventory reduction plans to increase cash flows, and customer service communication/satisfaction.
