 Set up Procurement Schedules at initial stages, updating them on a monthly and quarterly basis to meet construction progress schedule.
 Submit of all Technical Proposals in addition to Commercial Proposals frequently to obtain materials’ approval according to specifications. Maneuver alternative proposals and submittals to seek cost savings.
 Prepare and Issue change orders for any case of client’s request for over specified materials. Evade and Disregard any negative change order requested by emphasizing specification standardization.
 Involved in Engineering awareness of projects’ specifications in comparison with the offers proposals, detecting and solving the standards and codes incompliance. Follow up with suppliers to submit according to specifications.
 Prepare RFQ’s and issue them to qualified vendors for bidding. Preparing comparison sheets and checklists comparing them to project specs to identify a short list ready for verification and set to negotiations.
 Participate directly in all purchase orders’ terms and price negotiations until company interests are optimized.
 Ensure timely procurement of approved materials deliveries by emphasis tracking and expediting teams without any delays in compliance with P.O’s terms and conditions.

 Direct and Manage the whole procurement process in office and on site by implementing ERP system.
 Develop and Update procurement plan in coordination with projects managers and top management to meet procurement requirements.

 Set up monthly meetings with clients and bi-weekly internal meetings with project managers for all procurement update issues. Review and assess the integrity, frequency and value of all reporting, establish revised system where necessary, effectively provide up-to-date information for effective project management with the necessary feedback to clients and top management.
 Provide and Review cost effective, efficient and professional procurement system. Actively participate in controlling the project cost of resources to maximize project contributions in daily coordination with cost control department.
 Coordinate and update procurement activities ensuring procedures are established and implemented within time manner with levels, lines and limit of authority.
 Prepare & Conduct presentations to potential clients. Participate in negotiations with clients, partners and third parties.
 Ensure teamwork within various sections of project and control organization through decision making of operation within agreed limits and supporting teams, publishing and celebrating team success.
 Negotiating and settling disputes on contract matters related to procurement and contracts.
 Carrying a scrutiny background in Bidding and Tendering that developed a qualified tendering team in preparation of detailed estimated quantities and quotations to result in a professional tender inclusive of tender package.
 Submission of 3 tenders a month as company policy average tender value over 10 Billion Saudi Riyals per year.
 Risk assessment, overhead allocation, bank interests in addition to different bidding factors along with set up bidding formulas that helped to win projects during various economic and market conditions.
