As I have joined a leading multinational telecom operator which provide advance enterprise data and voice services as Account Manager in enterprise solutions, specialized in banking and finance segmant, my primary responsibilities was managing Top etisalat customers and ensuring our best quality of service and positioning all etisalat enterprise solutions to the customers enabling them to maximize their revenue by implementing the market top notch high-end services and further to increase the company revenue and profit. Some of the main projects I worked on is IPVPN migrations, Blackberry Enterprise implementation, IPLC, leased line, e hosting, co location, VOIP, security road map implementation, managed services, video & Audio conference. Apart I was working closely with the service delivery manger to ensure meeting our customer deadline and expectations. In addition to that I was helping our marketing team to get our customer feedback in order to develop new products and services. Also working with the pre sales team to get all necessary technical information making the customer more informed about our value added services.

As I have joined leading provider of comprehensive enterprise information security solutions, my primary responsibilities was marketing and positioning the company by bringing the security awareness to the customer in this region by presenting and explaining all the IT security threats and vulnerabilities and helping the customer to understand the value added of the company services and further to increase the company revenue and profit. Apart of that I am also responsible to handling and establishing new channels for our services in UAE through other solution integrators. In addition to that I am also handling the products management as a Product Manager and in-charged in all the products issues such as pricing, promotion & marketing. Due to my successful & achievement in UAE I have been promoted to be Regional Sales Manager & handle GCC in addition to managing and expanding UAE team.

As a member of the Solution Team my primary responsibilities include positioning range of IT Solutions and Enterprise Solutions for the Government Departments and Oil Companies based on different Products. The Job asks involve Planning, Management and team work Organizing between the Operation team, Purchasing team and the Customer Support Group. I didn’t only learn my customer relation’s skills here but proved myself in the areas of technical, Presales Activity and basic IT skills.
