- Directs and supervises the administrative work of the Department including finance, Personnel administration and supply matters.
- Collects, complies and analyze statistical data related to the Department; prepares computer - aided diagrams, timelines, and presentations.
- Prepares reports, drafts memorandum and issues other internal administrative instructions. Assists in the recruitment and training and evaluating employee work performance.
- Implementing, and instilling in the teams; company policies, procedures, ethics, etc.
- Contacts other departments and divisions, obtains or coordinates materials performing all other administrative tasks.
- Supporting decentralized HR management in Field Offices and providing key services
- Structure company’s policies, procedures and compliance.
- Ensure the development and implementation of policies and procedures for human resources to consistently high standards.
- Review progress of sales roles throughout the company.
- Accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
- Develop specific plans and policy to ensure revenue growth in all company’s insurance services.
- Provide quarterly results assessments of personal sales productivity.
- Coordinate proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
- Formulate all sales policies, practices and procedures.
- Assists sales personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with top decision-makers.
- Maintain current client over all service satisfaction.
- Handling following client accounts on a daily basis.
- Responding to client’s inquiries requirements.
