WITH THE BELOW DESCRIPTION TOP SERVICE ADD THE FOLLWING :
 Transfer salaries from AAIB, QNB, NBE, CIB and Bank Audi .
 Setting the policies of all benefits presented to the employees to help retain employees and lessen turnover.

 Monitoring the implementation of the above mentioned policies, to be presented efficiently and on timely basis.
 Controlling the process of providing services to the company employees according to the set policies such as medical, personal loans, credit cards, opening new bank accounts for salaries.
 Supervising the medical & death claims of the employees until they are paid.
 Auditing the medical with Alico, Prime health and MedRight & life premiums of the employees on a quarterly basis or monthly basis as the contract state.
 Following the payment of the medical & life companies with the finance to avoid any service interruption.
 Following transferring the loans installments of the employees monthly with the finance on the due dates.
 Responding to Staff requests & complaints is any and solving problems when occurred on timely manner.


Position: Payroll & Personnel Specialist
Job description:-
 Managing the New Hires contracts.
 Receive new hiring & follow up all details related to.
 Prepare form1 & 6.
 Issuing social insurance forms.
 Act as the focal point between employees & labor office.
 Analyze all personnel data to prepare the monthly personnel report.
 Develop and update the database continually through company program to be updated with recent hires, resignations and transfers.
 Sending reminders to the various administrations to prepare the monthly incentives.
 Register and follow up the attendance for all employees to finalize the time sheet.
 Register all the transactions (earnings & deductions) to accurately calculate the monthly salaries and payments.
 Follow up paid allowances and expenses to adjust the annual budget for each administration.
 Dealing with all salary modifications:-
 (bonus, overtime, incentive, commission, allowance)
 Performing all deductions as (mobile, medical, penalties)
 Prepare salary tax statement and calculate salary tax and social insurance.
 Providing accurate information for payroll and tax related issues to our client.
 Prepare payroll according to Tax Law.
 Review on monthly basis the salary tax calculation.
 Compute the special increase according to Tax Law.
 Print monthly pay slips for all employees individually indicating income, bonus, incentive, deductions.

Resolving client concerns relating to payroll related questions and system issues.
