➭⠀Rejoined to Refrigeration Industries and Storage Company as a Senior Procurement Engineer.

➭⠀Sourcing & procuring the required MEP items from Foreign/Local markets for the following projects including the coordination with the project owner/designer and all supply chain duties and responsibilities ( shipping, customs clearance, ..., etc) for the following projects:
• Block A project ( Old courts complex ) located in Al-Riqie-Kuwait, owned by Kuwait Real Estate Co. (AQARAT).
• Arabella hotel project located in Al-Bidea-Kuwait, owned by Kuwait Real Estate Co. (AQARAT).
• Four high-end private villas project located in Abdullah Al-Salem Area (Designed by 1508 London).

➭⠀Responsible for procuring a various types of materials ( Mechanical/Electrical ) related to HVAC units manufacturing & installation from Local & International markets.
➭⠀Searching for the best procurement sources either locally or internationally, negotiate the deal with the potential suppliers and close it according to the best product quality, Price & credit terms obtained to achieve the best deal.
➭⠀Supervise, Follow up and Assign the tasks to the local procurement team which consists of two procurement officers.
➭⠀Procurement scope includes but not limited to the following :
• Procuring the needs of the company for raw materials, machinery and equipment related to the HVAC units manufacturing according to the approved engineering specifications.
• Procuring the spare parts related to the factory machinery and equipment.
• Procuring all types of material required by the installation & projects departments to execute their projects according to the required specifications.
• Procuring the material related to the HSE department ( PPE & Safety systems ) & facility maintenance department.
• Procuring miscellaneous types of Appliances, vehicles & equipment ( Elevators, Diesel Generators, Material lifting equipment, Cranes, trucks & trailers, ....etc ) as per the required specs.

➭⠀Responsible for procuring all mechanical equipment related to HVAC, Fire Fighting & Plumbing along with their related accessories for both governmental & private projects through the following:
• Receive material requisition from site management and prepare technical inquiries.
• Communicate with the suppliers to provide price quotation for the required materials.
• Evaluate and Compare the material specifications, Price and quality among the received offers.
• Negotiation the prices and credit terms with the selected vendors in order to achieve best deal.
• Conduct site Visits to support site management with mechanical and electrical engineering works including installations and equipment commissioning process.
