Tracked and guided all tasks related to document controlling among all project parties, Consultant, Employer and the Contractor in line with project protocol via two ways of Doc. Sys Share Point and excel sheets forms on same time.
Assured that each received transmittal/RFI/MS/Letter etc.. is having the legit approved shape starting with standard header/ footer/ Ref. No. Dates and authorized person to sign with clear result over it.
Assured that any received document soft / hard copy have been delivered to the right concerned consultant engineer (distribution process).
Prevented claims throughout pointing & summarizing by filtering pending, overdue submissions to be closed/ resubmitted.
Followed up interim payment submissions either hard & soft copies starting of receiving correct no. of copies until submitting them to the Employer with bearing in mind important documents that must be attached such valid bank guarantee, authorized person signature, stamp, personnel list of workmanship compensation, equipment insurances and social security clearance. Regularly I’ve made cross-check toward Contractors’ trackers/registers.
Well served the Employer, Engineers & Contractor data retrieve with certain that the information at hand is the most up-to-date.
Materials submittals: I’ve focused on compatibility & origin of manufacturer as per specs. In addition samples categorized & organized proficiently. Approved method statements had been saved with its approved material submittal the latest approved revision.
Weekly & Monthly progress reports: I’ve been furnishing the planning engineer with accurate updated logs. And offered the percentage progress result on site per month such as earth works and geotechnical instrumentation activities etc..
I’ve given the guidance and training pertaining project transmission cycle and how to handle to the new consultant Engineers’ or Contractors’ employees’ hence each type has different way/time to take action. Assured to compare submitted transmittals hard copy against soft copy.
Controlled A cad shop Dwg with latest update upon designer design Dwg ref. no., ( superseded/canceled). Followed up nominated subcontractors’ company profile compliance specs.
Executed verity of administration tasks at work site such as following cars maintenance, insurance, fuel consumption, managing staff daily location and transportation arrangements, food quality, store inventory, monthly stationery, daily and monthly attendance sheets, vacations, managing the drivers, routine offices & facilities maintenance.
Assigned as a member of Covid19 committee with recording, acting, supervising, following infected/quarantined cases and monitoring tasks.
* Worked for Arab Towers Contracting Co. (ATCCO) as Site DC With tech. team “Clemenceau Medical Center”35th floors at Abdali boulevard . 1 billion cost project. April 2016 -June 2018
