*Attend all meetings of the Board and record all facts and minutes of all proceedings in the official minutes books
*Coordinate and communicate with all Board members in preparation of all agendas in advance and ensure that Board members have all appropriate and needed materials and documentation
*Manage meetings in terms of time, notes, and follow up on elections and decisions to ensure accuracy of information and avoid future conflicts
*Keep custody of all books, papers, records, correspondence, contracts and other documents relevant to the Board

Regional Coordinator at The Syria Trust for Development

*Develop, plan and help implement activities related to community development, including training, meeting, and events in order to create an NGOs platform in Swaidda

*Responsible for humanitarian aid in terms of sheltering individuals in local schools by getting required permits from ministries and governorates, working with volunteers on organizing shelters to accommodate people
