Sales & Marketing Executives
Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
Create and maintain the information architecture
Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides
Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications
creating buy sheets, checking confirmations, revising accordingly, order upload
An understanding of key performance indicators relating to sales, stock, profit and markdown against budget and last year
Produce weekly reports; review with Buyer & Merchandise Planner to assess risks and maximize opportunities
Identify and analyze bestselling and underperforming lines and discuss findings with Buying and Merchandise Planning teams
Regular Competitor analysis and feedback to team
Assist in all aspects of market preparation, including pulling reports and analyzing data
Resolve any inquiries from suppliers in a timely manner, following up with the supplier about the final stock, images, info….etc.
• Organize production, design and recommend purchase of instructional materials, training kits, equipment, supplies and visual aids designed to meet students’ educational needs.
• Implement and apply the Inventory System; including records, data entry, purchase orders, kits contents and dissipation of out-dated material.
• Inspect supplies and material for damage, quantity and conformity to specifications; report discrepancies; clean and rotate stock.
• Operate warehouse material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner; perform routine maintenance; report needed repairs. Supervise and follow up on the purchasing and financial processes (including count sheets) for the required stationary or curricula for the kit assembly or production process.
• Direct and follow up on kits orders with INJAZ Arabia offices around the region.
• Assemble kits for each academic year.
• Perform the general store count in an accurate manner twice a year and report results to direct supervisor and FAU.
• Move and reorganize material in warehouse to accommodate new stock; participate in surveying inventories and salvaging surplus materials and supplies.
• Assist in unit’s logistical issues and details.
• Receive materials, supplies and equipment’s from vendors; assure billing numbers match material ordered; maintain forms and records of purchases.
• Issue or deliver materials and supplies; maintain stock in the warehouse; check computer entries to comply with purchase rules and regulations.
• Assist in related tasks of the unit, such as CBOT and different training sessions.
• Follow up on inviting and encouraging newly recruited volunteers to undergo INJAZ orientation training.
• Assist in organizing orientation and training for volunteers, students, staff and partners.
• Report timely and accurately of all related activities.
• Ensure the implementation of all related quality components
• Ensure documentation by operations staff for all related activities
• Ability to manage tight schedules, and meet KPIs.
