Project control is coordination, beginning with planning stage in which objectives, budgets and indivdual responsibilites are laid out, project management and control becomes a group effort, with a leader, the project manager, motivating and controlling the ongoing projects.
In our center we are managed and control about 20 projects from bre initiation level to closing level
To increase the level of relevant skills and knowledge withinthe bank workforce through pprovision of training andllearning support to staff and managers we focused on basic user level IT, customer service, communication skills.
Management Information System are combination of hardware and software processes that provides the information necessary to manage an organisation effectively
