Responsible of managing several projects in Saudi Arabia and United Arab of Emirates
Responsible to manage different teams in the same time in order to execute different activities related to the development life-cycle and other non-technical activities.
• Managed several consulting projects for different clients inside and outside Jordan
• Responsible to manage the consulting team and monitoring Palma’s projects.

• Project manager of the e-government project (Issuing and renewing Vocational Licenses) for Greater Amman Municipality (GAM) in cooperation with the Ministry of Information and Communication Technology (MOICT).
• Responsible for achieving successful results and outputs as planned in the strategic and work plans

• Responsible of the BPR (Business Process Reengineering) phase to produce the AS IS, To BE, Gap Analysis, SRS and SDS documents.

• Responsible of implementing the integration modules between GAM and other governmental sectors which are connected to the service (Ministry of industry and Trade, Companies Control Department, Amman Chamber of Commerce, Amman Chamber of Industry, Civil Defense, E-Payment Gateway and SMS Gateway).
• Responsible of supervising the training and awareness sessions to transfer knowledge to the client).

Was responsible of the following:
** Analyzing, Coordinating and implementing government applications for Ministry of Finance and Crown Prince Diwan.
** Working on several government systems such as Financial, HR, Payroll and other special systems.
** Business Analyst: meet our clients and transfer their business needs into a functional requirements using Rational products such as Rational RequisitePro and Rational Rose Enterprise
** Senior Software Engineer: Implement and integrate Rational products that covers the Software Development LifeCycle starting from the business & system analysis and ending with building the testing criteria and deployment
** Responsible to put and operate and maintain the configuration management process using Rational tools (Rational ClearQuest & Rational ClearCase)
** Responsible to put & customize & operate the Rational Unified Process (RUP)
** Responsible to make a professional demos and presentations (Have an excellent presentation skills)
Responsible of lecturing “Using Rational Technology” courses. Courses covered all the development life cycle (Requirement Management, Design & Implementation, Testing & Software Configuration Management), in addition to lecturing “Rational Unified Process (RUP)”.
Responsible of Rational QA products & automated testing tools in terms of presenting tools to clients, demonstrating tools capabilities, & cooperating with colleagues in CEB in the same domain.
Responsible of presenting Rational Suite seminars & demonstrating all Rational features including UML, integration, capabilities, etc.
Responsible of Rational tools support covering: installation, implementation, customization, maintenance & solving problems.
Participated in building pilot projects for clients & helping to move existing projects into Rational Technologies.
