• Streamlining the documentation system at GKN via the implementation of an innovative computer system which manages all on-site documents
• Overhauling the Warranty Department's IT function via the introduction of a computer system that facilitates the swift input of data on behalf of engineers
• Achieving a 25% reduction in the overall time spent for the processing of analysed data throughout the warranty department at GKN
• Providing trenchant advice to senior management on the use of the warranty system on a global scale, whilst
representing GKN Driveline at the EES (Engineering Education Scheme)
• Designing and implementing an innovative training system for warranty engineers when analysing parts, whilst
modifying forging drawings in conjunction with suppliers
• Successfully decreasing costs to a significant degree by advising senior management to use less material for the forging process; thereby reducing the amount of flash
