Roles and Responsibilities mainly working on High End Projects.
During My stint with Phadnis Group as, I worked on one of the most prestigious projects, “Radisson Resort, Alibaug” as a Senior Architect, It is a five star hotel project that comprises Interior designing of 250 rooms of 5 star standards, designing and execution of Interior designing and execution of common areas like lobbies, porch, corridors, Atriums. I was Thoroughly involved in site coordination and Interior designing and execution. I am having relevant Joinery experience, During the site work in progress, I used to check the status of readymade furniture in the workshop set at site, mainly wardrobes, beds, console tables, counters of standardized designs were made in a workshop in a quick and smart way so that time was saved and site completed in given time. The joinery work in Radisson resort were done under my supervision in a successful way.
•Liaison with all service consultants like MEP, Structure and coordinating the services in interior drawings of standard rooms, Common Areas, Conference hall and restaurant of capacity 200 Persons
•During my stint with Arch Group International, I effectively handled key Dubai projects, mostly high-rise office buildings and residential complexes. Coordinated with MEP and structural designers, Developed and managed all Phases of Project independently as well as Part of a team, reporting directly to Architect Principal.
•Worked with American Architects (KGD, Washington D.C.), I was mainly involved in detailing, Working Drawings, 3d presentations and creating thumb views of different areas of a building and interiors, Produced drawings and renderings for Client’s Presentation plus developed interiors and facades of a building.
