- Designed and developed Building Automation Network for UC, Merced. This led to seamless integration of energy monitoring, lighting, elevator management to user friendly BMS graphical dashboards.
- Implemented end to end control strategy, BOMs and SOOs on HVAC equipment's to meet CA Title 24 norms. This also helped to track energy consumption and prepare energy saving models for the campus.
- Managed installations of controllers, sensors with subcontractors and developed equipment's material procurement and delivery model. This improved fulfillment of sensors and material in unexpected situations.
- Trained newly hired manpower and met all project deadlines. Set up daily tasks and good work practices for my team that improved planned vs actual targets ratio. Also helped in saving labor of 160 hrs per month approx.

- Part of the team that completed integration of Lighting, Fire Alarm, Security, , Power Management, HVAC systems to central Iconics 64 bit system over Modbus, BACnet and proprietary communication languages.
