Purchase / Warehouse
• Requested quotes, negotiated prices and raised purchase orders
• Maintained material database in the ERP System & Documentation
• Obtained raw material & packing material, issued packing material to the packing department, updated material location in ERP System, Palletization & Dispatch of finished goods
• As an EndUser worked on the customized version of 'Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP' for Purchase and Warehouse module
• Interacted with new vendors and maintained 'approved vendor list'

• Worked with the HR department for short duration, created & managed the resume database consisting of over 800 resumes
• Carried out screening and shortlisting of resumes
• Extended assistance in the recruitment process
• Computed overtime for the month &verification of attendance
