Supervision of maintenance jobs in garage and site.
• Machining of unavailable spare parts in machine tool shop as to suite requirement and reduce
downtime.
• Request dealers for quotations and spec charts for new equipment requested by projects.
• Preparing job card, spare parts request and daily status report.
• Preparing comparison sheets for equipment to be purchased using collective technical data in
accordance with provided spec sheets.
• Visit company project sites inspect, maintain and evaluate equipment.
• Prepare the preventive maintenance plan for equipment.
• Examining and evaluating the operator’s performance.
• Follow up with project manager / engineer and ensure the safety of all equipment.
• Receive emergency calls from the operators whenever they have problem and take the necessary
action.
• Monitoring the mechanic performance and giving the right repairing instruction and technical
advice.

Job description:
• Inspection and Certification of Lifting Equipment such as Mobile, Truck Mounted and Pedestal
Cranes, Travelling Overhead Cranes, Hoists, Forklifts, Material Hoists, Davits, Lifts and Loose
Lifting Gears.
• Inspection and Testing of Dockside Gantry Cranes (such as Hyundai Paceco, Caillard and
Regianne)

• Fabrication and design for BONTOON for drilling and soil investigation off shore (BOUBYAN

• Working as maintenance and inspection in charge job responsibilities includes tendering for
ministry of electricity and water projects( MEW), MPW, PAHW, KOC and KNPC
• Carrying out the routine maintenance of all vehicles and rigs and equipment’s and receiving
maintenance request forms which are coming urgently from the projects operation manager and
work on rectifying the same as soon as possible especially for the running projects.
• Follow up and supervision of mechanical modification and preparation works which are related to
equipment’s and drilling rigs in case the same is a signed to an external firm.
• Fixing maintainer completion dates for any rig or equipment and informing projects operating
manager for planning future jobs.
• Monitoring & follow up of Quality documents as per ISO standards.
• ISO/Mechanical clearance of fabricated pipe spools, erected spools and structural.
• Visual inspection of completed welds in the pipe spool and related documentation.
