I am Managing a team of technical staff in a multinational environment . Extensive experience in an environment that included personal computers. Servers, Microsoft Windows at the desktop, I have several years of Management experience in a unit and section that provide Networks, infrastructure, and helpdesk services for a significant of Users.

Troubleshooting with Windows2000, Windows XP, Windows NT, various types of printers.
- Providing support to the rest of the XP migration team as & when required .
- Resolves the Software troubleshooting (Microsoft Office)
- Participating in the Tendering/Contracting, evaluation and recommendation of new products related to
HW/SW on Desktops and related peripherals .
- Identifies requirement of user Departments to develop computer systems .
- Follow up daily Networking and operations activities.(Hubs, Routers, Repeater, Cables, etc….)
- Implement the local Area Network (XP, 2000)
- Monitoring & Administer the system by keeping the information of the PC’s up to date in a network log
- Co-ordinates and development of computer system from requirements specification to implementation
- Customer services and support including first and second level support, based on an integrated approach to delivering support.(Installation Microsoft Software Packages and update the software application as required).
- Monitored IT system architecture and compliance and ensure integration of all system components.

- Managed the team on daily basis including resolving issues and marinating high motivation level within team.

- Managed the Network and daily Banking information system, Operations on Unix.
- Maintained user and group accounts to ensure that each user can log on the network and access necessary resources, folders, files, and printers.
- Designed and implemented the local Area Network (Unix and NT.) for New Branches.
- Enforcing a security policy for Protecting data and shared network resources, including folders, files, and printers..
- Responsible for managing the operations of Banking system files and security .
