• Preparing Daily/Weekly/Monthly progress reports. Attending Weekly presentations in Havells and monthly progress Meetings with Client.
• Preparation of All drawings before initiating work (Shop Drawing) and after completion of works (As-Built) as per standards & getting approval from concerned Departments Enhancement of work as per Method of Statements.
• OTDR (Optical Time Domain Reflectometer) Testing in Fiber Optic Cable (FOC) and Optical Power Ground Wire (OPGW).
• Here we worked with 12Fibers, 24Fibers, 48Fibers, Underground Cables.
• When fiber break situation we had traced the location first using OTDR and take the distance from anyone fiber end then identifying fault & Reduce FOC and OPGW loss work
• Ability to fusion splice fiber optic cables, to include terminating various types of fiber optic connectors
• Preparing & Submitting “Material Submittals” of all Equipment’s/materials for approval from Client.
• Witnessing FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and Performing Point to Point testing, local testing, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, SAT & Coordinating with Client/Consultant for successful handing over of the project.
• Preparing MIR’s (Material Inspection Request) & RFI’s (Request for Inspection) following it up to arrange inspection and get approval with Client/Consultant to clear the bills.
• Installation of various cable laying (fiber optic cable, Modbus, Profibus, Control & Power cables) according to approved shop drawings and material submittals.
• Installation and commissioning of Flow meter Panels, PLC/Remote Terminal Units (RTU/ IDS/TBOX/SIEMENS) panels, Electrical Panels Power Distribution Boards (DB), Solar Panels, Fiber Distribution Frame Panels etc.
• Installation, Calibration, Commissioning, Repairs & Maintenance troubleshooting of all Instruments & Equipment’s such as Motorized Actuator’s, Flow Transmitters, Pressure Transmitters etc.
• Installation and calibration /commissioning of Field instruments such as Auma Actuators, Pressure Transmitters, Flow Transmitters etc.) according to Client specifications.
• Troubleshooting and Rectification of Modbus communication fauts of all field instruments connected to RTU (Actuators, Pressure transmitters, Flow meters etc.)
• Clearing different types of Alarms and Warnings generated in the MOVs and ensure smooth running the valves.
• Cross check all the field device analog values with Master Control Center (MCC) and check if the value displayed in the MIMIC is plausible/ matches the real value.
