Position: Project Manager.
Job Briefing: During last years and up till now and through my position as a project manager,
I’m leading my team within large scale projects, of varies types.
Within my work, and as part of my job is to identify what work to be done and explain why this
work need to be done and therefore we try to show our clients that we are qualified for the work,
have a good management plan and technical approach, and have the resources needed to
complete the task within the stated time and cost constrains.
I try to focus on structuring the project through the below main subjects:
1- Our company long experience within this business, and through a qualified experienced
team.
2- Relying of our large, classified pool of different projects that are of different, size,
specialization, I select the best capable team based on each member previous experience
to perform the project tasks
3- We try to analyze which in the objectives section allow us translate the client quantitative
and qualitative needs into clear objective design criteria which will define the scope of
work.

4- We go into deep analyses about the safety constrains and risk factors and how to avoid
them.
5- Running a project require from me to provide full attention to the Project management
section in which my main focus will be on how the project will be managed, including a
detail schedule with milestone.
6- Project construction cost, and design cost will also require full attention, in which
deviation or un fulfilling of one of them mean a project default
7- Defining our and setting the communication and coordination rules with different
stakeholders, sponsors and client, is also an important issue within the project
management and therefore I establish a communication schedule and responsibility of
each participant.
