- Architect shop drawing coordinated with other project services (structure, electrical, & mechanical) that fit the client's purpose & vision, taking into consideration design specification & time
- Manage a team of draftsmen to release shop drawings submittal on time on REIVT
- Manage and coordinate with the Design team to release Client modifications on time
- Attended meetings with subcontractors, consultants, and client’s representative
- Prepared Material quantity as per shop drawing
- Prepared Invoice with attached site RFI
- Supervise laborers to ensure that site work is as per schedule
ICAD company provide the following (ELV) services ex. (Security and Safety Systems, Building Controls and Automaton Systems, Information and Communications Technology Systems).
Position held:
1. Project Abraj kudai (Makkah),
Total site area of approximately 60, 000 m²
Total built-up area of around 1.4 million m²,
The project is a residential and commercial complex that consists of a large podium topped by 12 towers accommodating several elements such as a podium housing a bus station, a shopping mall, restaurants and food courts, a convention center and car parks. Owner( Saudi Ministry of Finance), Consultant (DAR AL-HANDASAH), Main contractor (SAUDI BINLADN GROUP)
Tasks as architect on such project was:
• Supervising draftsmen and preparation al ELV data for system engineers for shop drawings as per design drawings, specification and specific standards with coordination with all other services (structure, architectural & electrical)
• coordination between ELV devices with civil work(concret & steel structure), Architecture work (interior design, materials, RCP composite drawings) MEP work (Mechanical, electrical)
• follow up the site progress with respect to the project schedule
• provide Design Department with full site survey reflects site situation
• Preparing Invoice with attached site RFI
Gained experience :
• As architect to work on such project and to handle such task give me a lot of management experience such as (coordination with different trades, site progress report, project schedule), also it give me chance to know how such ELV system effect design and how to avoid problems in coming design projects. Combination with ELV system and building design will lead to green building for better live style
Efficiently prepared landscape/Architect shop drawing coordinated with other project services (structure, electrical, & mechanical ) that fit cline purpose & vision, taking into consideration design specification & time Responsible for material submittals, coordination drawing, landscape shop drawing and 3D views when needed

-Project architect for industrial building for military use at al-kharj project supervising draftsmen and preparation of design drawings & shop drawing for all trades respecting specification and specific standards with coordination with all other services (structure, architectural & electrical).and responsible for all material submitting.

-I used to work at Lececo architect and engineers company as an architect.we was a team of 20 architect working on a military housing complex for the Saudi army.the project is about 5000 villa with all its services (schools, malls, kinder gardens, mosques.....etc).We also used to work on the design of the villas witch they was of two types one for soldiers and the second for officers.they was of modern style. Also we work on the external work of that project EXP.leveling for all the site and villas location. preparing presentations for client meeting, 3D modeling for villas and landscape

-preparation of design drawings & shop drawing for all trades respecting specification and specific standards with coordination with all other services (structure, architectural & electrical).
Worked in Computer Aided Drawing for Engineering Projects and designed interior decorations.Projects included: Shop drawing for Al-Waab Residential Complex (Qatar).
