FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

PROJECT DELIVERY
• Management responsibility for all financial operations of the project to facilitate broadcast operations and event delivery within budget
• To ensure compliance with ABS Group and ABS financial policies, guidelines, legislative and regulatory requirements.
• Accountable for resolving all financial issues commensurate with the role
• Effective financial management of all project finances
• Jointly accountable with senior colleagues for delivering demonstrable value for money of all project finances and to help identify cost efficiencies
• To ensure efficient, timely invoice management across all rights holder and broadcaster bookings and effective management of accounts receivable and accounts payable working in collaboration with ABS’s Finance Team
• To establish and deliver regular budget, forecast and cash flow management reports
