Responsibilities and duties:
-Prepare clearance documents with JFDA approved invoices for customs clearance.
-Follow up with clearing agent and Stores Personnel regarding the clearance and storage of products.
-Submit the legalized invoice once received by express courier, to the Responsible Pharmacist to close the invoice commitment in JFDA.
-Send the legalized invoice to the customs department to return the insurance paid against original documents in airport within two months, and deliver it to the Finance Department, once the insurance fees have been received.
-Close the form and archive all documents related to the invoice in a separate file.
Responsibilities and duties:

-Participate in the development of the corporation’s plans and programs as a strategic partner.
-Evaluate and advise on the impact of long range planning, introduction of new programs/strategies and regulatory action.

Responsibilities and duties:
- Inform pharmaceutical companies of medical tenders for The Iraqi
Ministry of Health and the private sector in Iraq.
- Apply for medical tenders and process medical orders.
- Follow up on medical tenders.
- Follow up on medical shipments.
- Update data sheet accordingly.
- Communicate with eligible applicants to obtain and input biographic data and information from applicants into the Worldwide Refugee Admissions Processing System (WRAPS)
- Verify data accuracy in WRAPS and ensure the correct display of case availability status and reason(s)
- Interpret from Arabic to English and vice versa
- Perform quality control
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of the USRAP and RSC Amman’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and WRAPS
- Undertake and recommend any measures necessary to ensure the effectiveness and integrity of the USRAP process and information gathered.
- Prepare and submit statistical data to relevant supervisor(s) on a daily basis and as required
- Adhere to the USRAP Code of Conduct
- Train other staff as needed
- Perform other related tasks as required

- Contacting leads for potential customers.
- Meeting clients and suppliers expectations.
- Provide DHS officers with transportation/logistical support to and from
IOM facilities.
- Promptly scan all DHS interview related documents into WRAPS
immediately after the DHS interview.
- Update WRAPS to reflect the USCIS (US citizenship and Immigration
Services) status of the case.
- Check and reconfirm anchor information with the applicants.
- Send files back to IOM Cairo for post-interview processing.
- Perform other duties as required.
