Responsible for the technical solution consultancy, design and architecture for Oil&Gas and utility companies in the EMEA region with special focus to Saudi Aramco and SEC.
The proposed solutions cover the Information & Communication subsystems to build a state of the art and reliable network for critical mission applications.
Engaging with Sales to develop opportunities and build solutions based on customer requirements and RFP/SoW during all phases of the opportunity life-cycle including contract negotiations, business development through after sales follow-up, support PMs during delivery phase.
Meet with customers to negotiate solutions/options (sometimes based on a business case) and emphasize our value proposition.

In this period, I’ve participated in many challenging projects (business development, pre-sales and post-sales activities) within the existing STC account (GPON tender, VDSL2 trial, GPON trial, etc.) or with the New Accounts Team for bidding to the 2nd fixed license (Atheeb, SITC and Verizon) and also smart cities like Durrat Al Bahrain and King Abdullah Economical City (KAEC).
With my broadband contribution in these projects, I’ve build competences in the Ericsson Broadband arena technology wise and tendering/tooling wise (ECP/Verdi/Piwin/Focal Point/Sales Process 4.1/Product Life Cycle Management, etc.) with recognition of high skills and outstanding achievement “certificate of outstanding achievement” in the area of CSR in STC GPON RFP that Ericsson won.

Acquired solid knowledge about NGN scenarios and, especially, VoIP solutions, GPON, PtP networks, Carrier Grade Ethernet Networks, Triple play solutions and Data platform covering technical competence about PON technologies, IP-DSLAMs, L2-L3 and MPLS switches and IP/MPLS routers.
Early 2007, Siemens merged with Nokia and I do the same Job with more seniority and team leadership.
