Eng. Amin is a planning and control Engineer, he has more than 10 years of
experience in the field of planning for construction projects with different
purpose, also he highly experienced in the related software packages such as
primavera (P6), MS project, primavera risk analysis and other software for
project scheduling and planning. During hid career in Khatib and Alami he
perform the following tasks with outstanding level:
Prepare regular progress reports, dashboards, presentations and contractor
performance assessment reports and discuss with the Project Manager then
submit to the client.
Data collection through effective communication with the project staff in
person and remotely, then analyzing the data to obtain the performance
information and KPIs.
Supervise the filing and archiving of supervision files.
Support the Project Manager in attending to correspondence letters Assist the
Project Manager in reviewing monthly contractors' payments.
Monitor the contractor interim payment requests (rejected and approved
ones)
Implement corporate policies and procedures.
Attend internal and external project kick-off meetings with clients and
contractors to plan commencement of works.
Review and comment on the contractor's work program's compliance with
client and contract requirements.
Review, comment and follow up on finalization of contractors' submittals,
including staffing proposals, organization charts, project procedures, etc.
Verify and communicate project scope baseline, including goals, deliverables
and success criteria to stakeholders
Develop risk management plan, identify potential risks and corresponding
contingency plans.
Develop issue log, tracking and monitoring issues until resolution.
Attend and interact with progress meetings, periodic meetings and technical
workshops including preparing and communicate meetings agenda and track
the meeting’s minutes.
Monitor supervision project schedules and investigate reasons for delays with
contractors
Monitor contractor's daily activities and resource allocation against plan.
Monitor project cash in/ cash out flow and accordingly with the actual/
planned work performed.
Study the contractor’s claims and submit recommendations to the client.
Review, assess and respond to all claims raised by the contractor regarding
scope, schedule and cost changes of projects and manage variation orders
with client and contractors in coordination with Project Manager.
Support Project Managers with managing client relations and expectations.
Support Project Managers with responding to client clarifications on technical
and contractual issues.
Support Project Managers with organizing inspections by third parties.
Ensure client satisfaction with construction supervision services.
Making weekly and monthly report.
- Making for forecasting of required resources and making required action
plans.
- Making updating program on regular basis and reporting to management any
incurred delays and proposing either corrective action or preventive action.
- Participating in claim preparation and preparing all required time delay
analysis and time impact.
- Making mitigation plan and recovery plan in case any delays or slippage against
baseline.
- Analysis of concurrent critical paths.
- Making dashboard reports including all required kpi's.
- Preparation of Risk Register and Qualitative Risk Analysis.
Preparation of baseline program including cost and resource loading.
- Making daily, weekly and monthly report.
- Assisting project manager for forecasting of required resources and making
required action plans.
- Participating in claim preparation and preparing all required time delay
analysis and time impact.
- Making mitigation plan and recovery plan in case any delays or slippage against
baseline.
- Analysis of concurrent critical paths.
- Making dashboard reports including all required kpi's.
