Cashier opening & closure.

Perform administrative task such preparation and compilation of documents (purchase orders, invoices, claim receipts etc..) when required

Welcoming customers entering the shop.

Communicate different type of Abaya, accessories and Perfume to customer.

Ensure customer satisfaction during their purchase.

Take accurate measure for customer for proper fit when required.

Communicate with tailors for fitting and measurement correction required.

Make sure all products are displayed in correct order within the shop.

Register new items in the system and issue bar code accordingly.

Cashier closure.

Preparation and compilation of documents, which includes word processing and data entry.

Raise purchase order to suppliers and ensure timely delivery.

Inventory management; control of product rotation, verification of their availability.

Control the conformity of the products received

Process paperwork related to claims and returns.

Support sales team when needed.

Pleasantly deal with customers and guide them to their needs accordingly.
