• Save customer details in our database to assist telesales agents to reach the interested customers.
• Improve our marketing processes through email, contact numbers and social channels.
• Establish closed-loop with sales department to deal with the customers who interest in our properties offers, and continually refine our process to convert customers to our properties.
• Generate leads for interested customers and assign qualified sales officers for them.
•Come with fresh and new ideas that attract new customer and make the exist customer more interested
• Checkup the feedback and complains which come from our customer, and try to forward the complains to concern department.
