Drive Continuous Improvement actions to achieve cost of non-quality reduction
Ensure Customer Satisfaction through the deployment & management of a Quality & Railway Safety Management system
Develop a shared Quality & Safety culture, behaviour and improvement tools within the ALSTOM Zone/Country
•Represents the Customer Quality voice within the organisation. Ensures that all Customer quality issues are addressed.
•Supports all proposals regarding Quality & Safety requirements to the customer eg. presentations, explanations, communications.
•Fosters and consolidates good relationships with customers through periodic meetings.
•Guarantees the quality & Safety of the services delivered to customers (right of veto on delivery).
•Drives action and continuous improvement plans to analyse and reduce the CONQ, NCR, Safety issues and Demerit
•Manages closely the Top Quality & Safety items of the Operations activities.
•Ensures that products, processes and supplier risk analysis are systematically performed and mitigation plans are in place. Propose improvements to processes and standardization.
•Maintains / obtains all required Certifications through: Compliance with standard requirements; implementation of audits and follow-up plans; driving actions required by Management reviews.
•Ensures that the relevant processes and functional standards are applied to every project with specific attention to the DFQ process and test & validation phases
•Establishes and validates with engineering and other departments all Project Quality & Railway Safety Plans, including Quality Inspection criteria.
•Provides leadership to the Zone QSRW teams. Manages and motivates team members and develops high performing QSRW teams.
•Develops the required sense of urgency within the organisation to cure quality & Safety issues.
•Manages the QSRW Budget in accordance with Zone’s Country/unit’s budget commitments.
•Provides regular reports to TLS Operations Mgt and TLS QSRW Mgt (including KPI and alert systems)
•Manages implementation of quality & Safety standards & tools in accordance with QSRW Policies.
Participates in QSRW network, to improve functional standards, processes, tools and methods towards operational excellence.


2004 - 2007: Quality Management System Consultant and Representative (QMR) With "CESI Algeria" branch of the group CESI France world wide professional training school.
