- Design of buildings with well-known programs of design.
- Production of execution plans used for site works.
- Hand calculation and verification based on the latest codes of construction.
- Static and dynamic studies of different types of structures.
- Site inspection to assure compliance with specifications and drawings.
- Production of various execution plans for site (Earthworks, Special works, Pipelines, Formwork and Reinforcement).
- Responsible for a team of four Engineers.
-Coordinator of works between Lebanon and abroad regarding the plans of Formwork, Reinforcement, Earthworks, Special works and Pipelines, for medium to large size building projects.
- Work direction while taking into account the Quality/Time factor.
- Analysis of Architect plans (view plan, elevations and sections), Topographic and Civil Calculation plans in order to answer questions and control plans.
- Resolution of critical issues with the responsible Engineer.
- Supervisor of civil engineering works on a lake construction site: Earthworks (backfill and cuttings), concreting and reinforcement work and waterproofing works (installation of geotextile and HDPE geomembrane).
- Responsible for completing the project without delay and respecting quality standards.
- Preparation of work programs.
- Management of the project schedule while taking into account the deadline.
- Supervisor of the various civil engineering works on the site (concreting, reinforcements, formwork ...).
- Assistant in quantity estimation work.
- Draftsman on AUTOCAD (facade, sections, formwork and reinforcement plans).
- Estimation of materials, time, and labor requirement.
- Inspection of structures and facilities to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Monitoring of safety and security procedures.
