Role Definition

The Solutions Architect works with clients in a fast-paced technology environment and has a deep understanding of IP networks, wireless technologies including WiFi and cellular networks (LTE, HSPA+, WCDMA, GSM), and Linux platforms. The Solutions Architect is a technical evangelist for Nomad’s proprietary systems and also has in-depth knowledge of third-party hardware within Nomad’s portfolio. The main areas of responsibility are:

• Client interaction to determine technological requirements.
• Design and implement IP solutions,
• Drive proof of concepts and demonstrations to match the client requirements.
• Build test cases to confirm the operational stability of all hardware and applications.
• Gauge user experience through coverage and performance testing.
• Drive the deployment of the solution ensuring conformance to the design during post sale.
• Manage the handover to the client or in-house support staff through training and documentation
• Provide support to resolve critical issues
