4. Trouble shooting and solve the Samsung handset related problems.
5. Give training to the customer care employees about customer support regarding handset issue.
6. Communicate between operators and Samsung HQ as the only country representative for handset related issue.
7. Give presentation about various features and application about the upcoming Samsung handset to the marketing and sales department for promotional campaign.
Contribution:
• Successfully analyzed & developed and recommended right product/package for the target group and completed the Field Test Report (FTR) for Samsung
• Bangla character implementation in Samsung handset according to BTRC standard
• Auto sim feature activation in all Samsung handset

2. Placed 3rd in the quiz contest held under Base Station System (BSS) department. About 40 engineers both Bangladeshi and Chinese participate in the contest.
