Product Marketing Responsibility:
1. Product line-up update & ‘Market Fit’ proposal.
2. Product Training management.
3. Retail Audit Analysis & key trend/issue identification.
4. Analyze & develop and recommend right product/package for the target group
5. Coordinate & Follow-up the critical activity with the different concerned departments for ensuring timely execution of the project plan
6. Develop concepts of various new product projects, develop business cases on uptake potential, launching and managing with key focus on potential end-user experience, integrated market communication and post-launch uptake & follow-up
Engineering Responsibility:
1. Field testing of Samsung prelaunch and post launched handset.
2. Software upgrade and test the handset compatibility under all the GSM and CDMA operator of Bangladesh
3. Perform drive test for handset including GPS testing, kies testing, aging and monitoring test.
4. Trouble shooting and solve the Samsung handset related problems.
5. Give training to the customer care employees about customer support regarding handset issue.
6. Communicate between operators and Samsung HQ as the only country representative for handset related issue.
7. Give presentation about various features and application about the upcoming Samsung handset to the marketing and sales department for promotional campaign.
Contribution:
• Successfully analyzed & developed and recommended right product/package for the target group and completed the Field Test Report (FTR) for Samsung
• Bangla character implementation in Samsung handset according to BTRC standard
• Auto sim feature activation in all Samsung handset

Responsibility:
1. Hardware installation and Software upgradation of BTS3012, BTS3012II and BSC6000.
2. Data configuration of BSC6000.
3. Troubleshooting and solve any BTS and BSC related problem.
4. Worked as a team leader of 10 member team during hardware installation.
5. Communicate between Huawei and customer (GrameenPhone, Banglalink, Robi and Teletalk) for any BTS and BSC related issues.
Contribution:
1. Installed 1 BTS3012 for Banglalink and 1 BTS for Teletalk project.
2. Installed, software upgrade and data configured 12 BSC6000 for GrameenPhone project and 2 BSC6000 for Banglalink project.
Achievement:
1. Promoted from TSD (Technical Support Department) to MSD (Managed Service Department) as a Second Level Support Engineer for my clear conception and successful troubleshooting (BTS and BSC)
2. Placed 3rd in the quiz contest held under Base Station System (BSS) department. About 40 engineers both Bangladeshi and Chinese participate in the contest.
