• Maintenance and repair of light and heavy vehicles and equipment (sedan vehicles, pickup 1, 3 & 7 tons, buses, big trucks, wheel loaders, backhoe, load all, Telehandler, skid steer loaders, generators, compressor, vibrators ....etc).
• Arranging and controlling procedure of repair and maintenance inside workshop (arranging workshop into divisions \[mechanic, electric, and tire repair ….etc\] and defining the responsibility of each technician at every division).
• Planning quality control system, putting the rules and procedure on how to deal with the coming vehicles and equipment for repair and maintenance (how to make inspection and identify trouble, identifying the needed spare part and material and making the requisition …etc).
• Training and improving skills for all equipment operators and workshop mechanics
• Maintenance and repair of tower cranes ( Potain, Liebherr ).
• Maintenance and repair of concrete placing boom and high pressure concrete pumps ( Schwing, Putzimaster ).
• Arranging the purchase of all equipment and vehicles and the necessary spare parts for repair.
• Employing the new drivers, mechanic and tower cranes and equipment operators.
• Arranging the hire of equipment from the company to the sites and from outside supplier if it is not available.
• Transportation coordination for all company vehicles and equipment.
• Arranging a main store for all equipment’s.

• Arranging and controlling procedure of repair and maintenance inside workshop. Assigning technician to specific duties, scheduling technician work, facilitating problems for technician during repair, maintaining effective customer relations, and interpreting.
• Establishing staff plans, interviewing, and hiring personnel, addressing and resolving employee
Complaints and disciplinary issues and monitoring facility work load and process to ensure
effective quality services.
• Developing workshop budget and monitoring monthly progress and approving expenditures; controlling petty cash; and monitoring and rectifying employee Labor Reconciliation reports, time sheets, down reports, and sick and vacation usage.
• Reviewing, authorizing, and tracking parts room invoices, purchases orders and parts orders
• Improving employee productivity and quality work to achieve effective customer services.

• Planning industrial safety system (using eye and hand protection tool, fire alarm and fire fighting system, training the technician on the write way of loading and following up the precaution).
• Planning file system for each vehicle and equipment dealing with the workshop (recording repair and maintenance, year of production, model ….etc) and scheduling the time of inspection and maintenance for the whole year.
• Monitoring the quality of repair and maintenance.
• Scheduling quantity of repair and maintenance.
• Scheduling maintenance and repair of workshop equipment.
• Planning feedback system to see the faults and making solution to prevent these faults.
• Scheduling improvements to make workshop better.
Transportation coordinator
• Planning and controlling the movements of vehicles (buses, pickup, and minibus ….etc) and equipments (wheel loaders, backhoe, load all, telehandler ….Etc).
• Improving drivers' skills by training them in making emergency small repair.

• Arranging transportation of labour by arranging the passes of buses.

• Leading a team of engineers and technician to produce very good overhaul repaired light / heavy vehicles.
• Making overhaul repairs for about fifty vehicles per month.
• Managing the system and procedure of repair for the different sections of the workshop.
• Arranging the way of cooperation between different sections.

• Leading a team of technician to produce very good overhaul repaired engines( CUMMINS, DUETZ, LISTER, KRAZ, MAZ, VOLVO, INTERNATIONAL …etc ).
• Training technicians how to use modern Fuel Injection Test Stands to measure and adjust different types of injection pump.
• Using up to date dynamo-meters and smoke analyzer to test engines after repair.
• Make researches on the different types of diesel engines which we are using in the army.
• Training technicians on the modern equipment used in engine repair.
• Repair and maintenance of workshop equipment and devices.
• Reviewing the returned engines and analyzing why it return back.

Repair the different parts of the vehicle (gearbox, steering system ….etc), and engine parts. Repair and maintenance of workshop equipment and devices. Organizing the maintenance operation for vehicles (intervals). Planning and administration a system of spare parts storage and supply. Inspecting of the incoming material and spare parts. Testing the vehicle after repair. Repair and maintenance of workshop equipment and devices. Making researches on the performance of knew vehicles and engines entering the duty in the different lands and weathers.
