Review Monthly Reports for OEE and Productivity for All lines and Make
Analysis for Each. (RCA and CA)
Develop and Implement Lean strategy and use six sigma tools and
methodologies (VSM, SMED, etc.) to lead kaizen project.
Enhance continuous improvement culture in team and use TPM tools such
as KAIZEN and OPL to achieve long term goals.
Follow Snacks root cause analysis procedure by participating in all related
incidents or complaints for the production area.
Responsible for the application of safety standards, and procedures that
ensure that safety rules are strictly followed and maintained in all activities.
Achieve production plan according to the Monthly Operating Plan according
to daily plan.
