1-) Successful Implementation of ERP system SAP B1 with group IT and external SAP implementation team, I have actively coordinate with all departmental head to generate RFP also done GAP analysis.
Played vital role for migration process from Dynamics AX to SAP B1

2- ) Successful Implementation of ERP system Microsoft Dynamics AX.
Managing post implementation Techno functional support to internal customers.
We have done In-house customization of AX using Morphex and X++ to align the changes in business processes. Conduct users training of different ERP modules like Trade and Logistics, Finance accounting and user administration.
3-) Enhanced successfully company IT infra-structure with modern servers for ERP application, Database system, Exchange Server with barracuda spam filtering, Upgrade data center with server virtualization by using VmWare technology coupled with Veam backup and recovery solution. We also move our in-house exchange server to Office 365 cloud successfully.
4- ) Implement server based secure computing technology of CITRIX server environment using XenApp 6.5 and CitrixGateWay for our remote sites in different regions.
5-) Developed in-house reporting system for the company on SSRS, SSAS and SSIS technology which provides various analysis report and key information to the top management.
6-) We developed in-house HRMS and Payroll system integrated with Dynamics AX and effectively used by HR department.
7-) Managing internal small team of IT and vendor's SLA to provide effective services to increase the efficiency of the IT department.
1. I was responsible for technical and functional support to distributor of Samsung Products spread over all MENA region using various remote technologies for technical and functional support to the stake holders.
2. I have done on job traveling in MENA region for implementation, training and technical support for in-house developed ERP system using ASP, .Net, Sql Server 2005 and SSRS
3. I have developed additional supporting tools for automated transactions and master data transfers and/or synchronization between several remote locations of Samsung Electronics distributors in MENA region.
1. I have successfully design and develop Management Information System, which mainly supports buyers for product category and vendor management, this system also helps top management and store managers in sales analysis at various level information.
2. I have developed several adhoc reports and analysis for buyers, store Managers and top management to measure sales and buying trends.
3. I supported significantly to key users of each department by fulfilling their various database information related queries and reports
4. Actively participated in the process of setting new sales budgets at various level of detail
5.I got training on specialized promotion system module and implement it in world’s second largest and Toys R Us Flagship store successfully and then gradually implement it in all stores with the co-ordination of store managers and IT team.
