- Project planning and team management, involved in the investigation, analysis, design, development, unit testing of new enhancements, writing automated upgrade tool code, integration with external systems in the product.

- Working in the development of Advance Scheduler (Streamline workforce management and employee scheduling) and Time and Attendance (automates and standardizes the time collection and approval processes) modules which are part of EmpCenter suite.
- Investigate test run failures, Find out the cause, Report to developer for fix, Making sure that fix are submitted by the developers before release.
- Investigate Customer Support Issues, Resolve or Provide temporary solutions and Create development tickets for the permanent resolution of those issues.
- Follow up Release Schedules to make sure that things are going fine on build servers for all the builds running for upcoming releases.
- Assist Quality Assurance Engineers/Analyst in creating test cases and test data whenever required.
- Participates in Unit, Automated and Regression Testing whenever required by the company.
- Makes sure that Licensing Documents are being updated/added for all the Commercial and Non-Commercial libraries being added to the repository time to time.
- Working in J2EE environment (JSP, servlets, XML, Ant, Log4j) using SQL Server / Oracle Database, Tomcat web server. The application is based on Struts, GWT, Extjs and DBWriter (custom framework). Repository is managed through Perforce. Issue tracking is done through TestTrack and for code review CodeCollaborator is used.
