I have to play a key role to ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives by increasing employee adoption and usage. My JD will focus on the people side of change - including changes to business processes, systems and technology. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. I will work to drive faster adoption and greater proficiency of the changes that impact employees as we roll out the new version of our change management software.
Acting as a conduit between the business and the technical teams, I will gather requirements from the business users; work with the technical team to propose solutions to be developed later. I will be expected to be a super-user of the content management system and will be an escalation point for the operational team and existing content team. I must stay abreast with the technology happenings around the world and will be expected to come up with new ideas, best practices and feasibility for implementing these in our environment.

Responsibilities:
• Devise and implement both strategic and tactical digital marketing plans
• Responsible to manage the team of digital marketers, advertisers and social media experts
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
• Ensure the effective business decisions based on data mining and data harvesting

Responsibilities:
Produced excellent and measurable results of Social Media, Constantly updating and adapting to the latest, most effective way to utilize Social Media Channel such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube etc. For all Apps brands. Beside this I am also working in our own app promotion team to monetize our apps.
