• Provide technical support to the project on all Facilities Systems
• Prepare and provide management reports in a timely manner as and when required.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise in house staff, consultants and specialist service contractors on the building
services.
• Carry out manual planned and reactive maintenance on all MEP assets and systems within the client’s
facility.
• Responsibility for the delivery of all planned and reactive tasks in accordance with the Service Level
Specification requirements
• Coordinate with external parties regarding the Facilities Services
• Co-ordination of building surveys and input into the development of the annual and 5 Year Asset
Maintenance Plans, Energy Management Plans and the Condition Survey
• Maintain good and harmonious relationships with the client, tenants and visitors and respond to any
complaints promptly. Any issues to be reported to the helpdesk.
• Ensure compliance with the company Management System relevant to the position.
Maintains assets registry of the clients / Company Property and monitors all the required maintenance being executed at the scheduled timeline.
Conduct regular inspection at all sites handled and makes recommendations to the management.
Manages the service providers and their maintenance contract of the building equipment and building structures including HVAC, UPS, Plumbing, Generator, Elevator, Fire Fighting System and Audio Video Equipment.
Develop and implement practices that promote and protect health, safety, security, quality of working environment and organization effectiveness.
Monitor annual budget, Purchase orders, supplier invoices and other expenditures of the projects
Conduct tendering of new projects, facilitates the vendor selection and awarding of contracts.
Develop strategies to which energy savings can be obtained.
Manage the Team Operation and monitors work being performed or carried out, making sure it’s done to the Company standard
20+ years of professional experience in supervising and managing MEP
Maintenance & Facility services in hospitality, industrial and mixed-used
projects, demonstrating innovative leadership, strategic facility planning and
excellent communication skills.
Proven competencies in developing & streamlining processes coupled with an ability to enhance operational effectiveness and meet operational goals within the cost, time & quality parameters.
Independently preparing SOW/ SLA for specialized contracts, negotiating and managing with strict deadlines.
Capable to work at own initiative and can demonstrate the high levels of motivation required to meet the tightest of deadlines and perform effectively under significant pressure.
