Utilize primary contact for private banking and VIP clients transactions handling, respond to and resolve routine client inquiries along with service issues.
Update and maintain client database and tickler systems along with goal tracking.
Conduct account maintenance inclusive of compiling mailing lists.
Provide customer service complying with VIP Service Standards inclusive of professional phone management.
Manage customer requests for opening new accounts, online funds transfer, loan payments, general requests and inquiries.
Support loan requests inclusive of information compiling for loan packages, request document development and send closed loans for processing etc.
Provide clerical assistance inclusive of writing and typing correspondence along with produce and prepare reports as required.
Support to schedule customer appointments as well as event planning.
Ensure to perform activities related to client problem resolution.
Receive plus execute customers’ instructions.
Receive and implement customer investigation requests.
Receive deposit checks as well as collection from all customers.
Provide update everyday on clients’ investments to Private Bankers.
